I've had over a week of no service on all my services (phone, Internet, tv) in the last month - month and a half.

It's fucking ridiculous. I call for a credit or something and am basically politely told to fuck off.

I've canceled my service with them, but still have a month left on what I've paid for.

It just seems ridiculous that they can get away with having caused me so much stress and time lost, meanwhile not providing me a service that I'm paying for.

Mine was th same. Ended in December. Phone broke, called in upgraded plan, and phone fore free. Better plan for cheaper too lol.

They can't take money from your account, don't give it to them if you don't feel they've earned it.
If you told them you're going to take them to court (over what I'm assuming would be abooouuuuttttt........ (~200/31) * ~10 = about 65 dollars) Then they will likely credit your account said 65 dollars
