Just started a new routine, went from 3 days at the gym per week to 5. Wake up at 4:45 and jog with the pooch, hit the gym for an hour for targeted lifts at 5:30, go again at lunch for ab exercises.
Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, Arms. Monday through Friday. My body was not ready, everything hurts lol.

i norm do like one day bi's and back
next day will do legs and ab's together or sometimes i do them separate (really depends on work if i squeeze it in)
chest and tri's
i like just rotating those three days especially with work and having a tight schedule.
i like to do cardio on leg and ab days
