Starting back the gym after a good 2 week vacation of eating tons of shit!
Back to healthy eating and the gym :thumbsup:

and also its crazy how much worse i feel when i eat shitty food and dont get as much exercise.
the amount of times my stomach has felt shitty and my shits havent been great lol

Weighed in at 185 today, feels good men. Cut for summer coming along.

Was hoping to cut in November/December but that didnt exactly pan out. Got back on it here in February and went from 205-185 in about 7 weeks. Got 10-15 more to lose I imagine before I look like a shredded sick kunt

i can barley move though.
went to the gym steady last week and yesterday from 8 - 4:30 was unloading a transport truck trailer of heavy ass shit at work.
my legs and back are just freaking killing me

Just started a new routine, went from 3 days at the gym per week to 5. Wake up at 4:45 and jog with the pooch, hit the gym for an hour for targeted lifts at 5:30, go again at lunch for ab exercises.

Upper, Lower, Upper, Lower, Arms. Monday through Friday. My body was not ready, everything hurts lol.

i norm do like one day bi's and back
next day will do legs and ab's together or sometimes i do them separate (really depends on work if i squeeze it in)
chest and tri's

i like just rotating those three days especially with work and having a tight schedule.
i like to do cardio on leg and ab days
