30 minutes cardio warmup. Gets boring as fuck on a stationary bike but I'm doing this on my lunch break so going outside isn't much of an option - music only goes so far. I did chest triceps and abs after, but I need some kind of stimulation on the bike. Only got half my planned lifting in cuz i realized I was at an hour and fifteen minute lunch....
