yeah a diablo made by wow devs.... was never going to be great
they honestly really fucked the game early on they salvaged it a bit but a lot of the early on panic fixes were game breaking

like adding paragon levels because people werent strong enough to kill inferno then nerfing inferno then having to add tiers of inferno because of paragon levels
content that was yanked out to sell as expansions leaving the game gutted and empty
but i guess without paragon lvls how could they have a ladder it would be over in a day everybody would be 60 or 70 or whatever the cap was

I played from D3 launch till about mid 2014 after expansion release I think. Haven’t logged in since though.

Am I just too stupid or is the way they're doing the skills and buffs and stuff just not very intuitive?

X skills gets 34% damage increase if you're above 50% resource.
Y skill gets 22% duration increase when "healthy".
Z skill becomes a rick roll if the moon is 90% full and your mom is fat.


I kinda just skimmed but I thought the best thing out of this update was how the visual effects of the skills become more intense/powerful/cooler looking the more they are leveled up. Unfortunately this is just a visual thing and doesn't really help make the game good from a gameplay standpoint.

yeah ive never been a fan of skill bonuses set u like that tbh its pretty lame
im surprsied they came out with a quarterly update though considering the games been delayed indefinitely

i mean if your a hdin you should have max block tbh
you shouldnt need ias outside of fana really(although i never did a hdin smiter only full on with lvl 20+fana) i did hcl ubers in this set up with barbs bo and iirc there isnt much +ias though
dracs are a must imo only way to get around dracs is with an exile (both cast life tap) wand is only good for initial application then u gotta reapply through smiting
you may need some ias if your lower fana but you need dracs or exile imo
