Nice my squats still suck, benched 190 today 3x5 then 1x8 . Was pretty easy couple months and I'll hit 225

current lifts about 2 months 3/4 back in the gym
numbers are in pounds

Squat: 310X5X3 or 305X5X5

Bench: 170X5X5 finally got through that stupid bench plateau
BB rows: 155X5X5

BB OHP: 120X5X5
Deadlift: 275X5X1 DL weak AF compared to squat ratio

On another note, I made friend with a guy in my courses and this guy is insane. He doesn't even look like he lifts yet he does 385X1 squat and 185X1 BB OHP which is completely insane for his shape. Guy been lifting for 3 years only doing strength training. His height is about 6'0 and he weighs 170. My eyeballs popped out when I saw his squats. The guy is going at least parallel..

Parallel is due minimum form requirement...

Yea I never understood why some people go up before nearly ATG. Imo its honestly harder to bring that weight back up when doing some garbage half rep non sense :p that's just me though. The power comes from dat der ground!

What are you on now?

I'm also kind of looking for a new program for the winter. Kinda been doing my own thing, basically based around doing atleast 2 of Squat/Dead/Bench and making sure I do OHP/Barbell Row frequently as an accessory. Strength gains have been okay, but looking to mix it up.

Right now, my highest sets are:

355 x5 Dead
315 x5 Squat
175 x5 Bench

Hit 195 3x5 on bench today.

Gonna take a deload week because I've been feeling weak and sore the past little while. Body needs a rest
