On the other hand, what exactly have they shown you to make you believe it'll be great? They are already said (dev actually said this) they want the level of depth of the game to be in between D2 and D3... retards lol.
The reason D3 sucks is because there's no depth in its gameplay or itemization. Going halfway to the level D2 has isn't something to write home about, they should be looking to improve on D2.
The goal in 2024 or whenever this game comes out shouldn't be "marginally better than D3".
what gets me is d4 being an mmorpg the original d2 devs were fired and had their idea shot down for an mmorpg diablo and now the company in its worst state is attempting it
its an mmorpg thats probably going to be made in a way to replace WoW as the mmorpg cash cow cause wow is dieing and might not be salvageable at this point

overwatch 2 and diablo 4 were indefinately delayed though t ochange the directions of the games or something like that iirc
the new management sounds like they want to actually put effort and time into the games before putting them out and not put out a pos game
