depends on your weight.

I restarted going to the gym after a 6 months break. I've been doing stronglifts 5x5 for about a month and a half now

these stats are in pounds:
Squats 5X5 245. well i think it's confirmed that i'm gifted with strong legs. I'm not even close to failing this so far. ATG too

Standing BB OHP: 5X5 110. This is getting really hard. I almost failed 110 pounds today on the 4th and 5th set but managed to get through and get energy for that last set.
Deadlift: 1X5 225: Easy. Not even using reverse hand grip yet.

Bench 5X5 140: Starting to get a bit hard but I won't be failing next workout.
BB rows 5X5 130: Still fairly easy but I can see thing getting hard in the next workouts

2-5 pounds a week is ideal weight loss. So you're fine.

I'm down to 197 B)

22 more to go!

5'10'' or so, you betcha buddy.

Ideally I wanna be around 175-180. Mainly so I can start gaining again. I got up to 210 which was just too big and you cant really keep gaining weight or you just become a fat phuk
