Trying to strongarm Rogers into giving me either unlimited data or 350 GB/month for less than $10 more a month. I've hung up on two people already, one who wouldn't even give me the better package at all and another who wanted more than $50 bucks a month for the upgrade. How many low level Rogers employees will I have to yell at till I get what I want?

Canada doesn't work like that. The three telecom companies in Canada operate as a consortium to fix prices.

I work with a guy who was a sales manager at Rogers. I don't think you will ever get that kind of discount

my family is paying $40 for our internet

hybrid fibre 60 (i guess this means up to 60 mbps?) with 320 gigs i can use

that's including a 50% discount for 24 months on my internet bill

was pretty easy to get because we have all our services with rogers, the bill is over $350/month total

So October is "Breast Cancer Awareness Month". You've seen it everywhere, Susan G Komen the charity for breast cancer. Its on yogurt, its on the NFL, its pink little ribbons are everywhere even stamped on your breakfast eggs! Out of the $400 Million dollar contributed to Susan G. Komen through public donations and corporate sponsors only 20% gets to actual cancer research.

A huge concern for donors is the amount of money Susan G. Komen uses for suing and destroying other charitable organizations. Komen has activity destroyed Lung Cancer charities, Prostate Cancer charities, anyone who dares use the word "Cure". They have also effectively trademarked the color pink because of their pink ribbon. Giving money to Komen is the anti-charity because your money is effectively used to destroy all other charities who are interested in helping research cures for their perspective ailments.

Breast cancer receives much more charitable donation, time and effort than prostate cancer despite similar number of victims. About 3x as much.

In the end, Susan G Komen seeks to make cancer last as long as possible to receive as many funds as possible, while simultaneously destroying other charities who may fund the research. My advice to other men is not to donate to Susan G Komen, and spread the word of their "pinkwashing" of society

My Rogers bill is about $440 bucks a month. For three people. That includes four cellphones (I have two, actually three but only two with Rogers), a pretty massive digital cable package and this piss poor internet I really want upgraded.

I'm sure I'll get some rogers employee to give me more than 300 gigs or unlimited eventually but I had no luck this week.

I donated to a few people who did the run for the cure

Where else can I donate my money to make sure the majority of it is going to cancer research?
