Warm wine gets chilled in the freezer. An hour can be long but shouldn't turn into a wine-sicle. You can chill in a bucket of ice if it's formal.

Some cheap refridgerators, your top shelf will freeze liquids because of a poor seal between the fridge and freezer area. Also from pure contact transfer, the plastic between fridge and freezer is colder than the fridge overall temp.

Wet paper towel with salt on it in the freezer for 10 min and game on

pleb fridges. i already said that

lol the top shelf in my fridge did that my bottles of water would have little ice chunks in them
i didnt mind though it was like having small ice cubes without even trying and imagine they stayed colder longer
