oh for sure. im talking if he actually had a brain instead of acted like an imbicile (which he clearly did a lot of). braking on an expressway is usually never the right thing obviously but if the other guy hit and run the hyuandai could def get the other guy in big shit. obviously at that point all the guy has to do is show the cop the video of him being a fucktard then i dunno what would happen, but the other guy would still hit and run which is pretty serious.
