im salty af lol, not that the Canucks got penalized for something they were ALLOWED and APPROVED by the NHL at the time, but because the NHL decided it is NOT ALLOWED after Preds copied Gillis and abused it with Weber.
The worst part?? They agree to change the penalty to ease the punishment, so instead of like absurd 20+mil cap penalty, it's like 7m or some shit. So basically the team that is suppose to get punished, gets punished less
