its injuries man voracek was awesome streit was playing really good for us
they got hurt come back and are total garbage
we dont have the d depth and the guys we have get exposed by fast teams

streit is a farly decent 2 way d man that can usually keep up but since he got back hes been kinda meh
shultz is way too slow and dosnt look like the same d men we gave a contract too

mcdonald has been decent but still not worth 5m lol

Why don't they play Med? I never remember him being that bad to be removed from the lineup in favor what they have now.

Agreed, McDonald is a decent 2-3 paring.

All in all, I can't even be mad about this year. Bright future on the D and Goalie side. A good offensive core as well. Not a single flyers fan, hell even any hockey fan thought they would be in the playoff race in the final week.

sounds like if provorovs team got knocked out he was likely coming to the nhl said bob mackenzie but they advanced provorov right now would likely help us so much

yeah i figured a great season where everything went right we were a bubble playoff team make it or not im still impressed with hakstol and the team


surprsied they didnt call up morin or hagg either with sanheim going to the ahl

Am I the only one who thinks Read's development as basically flatlined?

I remember his first few years here he was pretty noticeable on the ice and each year got much better.

Feel like I don't even notice him on the ice at all, unless he's doing something wrong...

think hes being used more defensively then before
he also doesnt have the speed he had he hurt his leg or something and never quite been the same

and medvedev putting a foot in the door with a 2 goal game vs the isles hopefully they play him

Always thought Med should have been in the line up. Get Streit out of there, atleast Med has a shot and can skate faster than a turtle.
