Game in Edmonton:- Decent amount of good scoring chances. Daniel, Dalpe and Burrows all missed two chances each right in front and Higgins had that breakaway.
- Defense didn't give up much 5-on-5 in the first two periods, just the two chances on the power-play where Luongo came up huge. A few breakdowns in the 3rd period but we were able to hang on.
- PP still struggling. No forward seems to have the poise to QB on the half-wall and none of our point-men look threatening at all.
- Booth and Edler were horrible. Neither could shoot, pass or make a good play in general.
- Congrats to Lain on his first career NHL goal in technically his first game
the 4th line put in a solid 6 minutes overall.
- Again I thought we were the better team but wins against the Flames and Oilers don't really instill much confidence. Don't think we played well enough in either game to win if we played against an actual good team.

Santorelli placed on IR. This is Schroeder's chance to show he belongs. A top-9 center spot has opened up for him, he needs to take advantage now.
