Anyone have experience making curry from scratch? I just made a turkish hot sauce that had cucumber and eggplant in it, and I want to try a curry hot sauce. Right now I know I need peppers, cumin, turmeric, and coriander. Not sure what else goes into the average curry.

Preferably herbs and vegetables instead of spices. Thinking about doing this as a side business and I want to build up my recipes, I've got 3 solid hot sauces so far.
