chest day best day

think I might split tri's/bi's though. Doing them on the same day just fucks me.

Usually people group chest/tri together

If your triceps are sore your chest workout is going to suffer

man if you get a really solid chest workout, working out tris at the end is almost pointless

if you have the time/commitment it's better to just go do tris on a whole separate day

i think leg day for most people is usually a shorter workout so maybe just tack it on there

I burn off triceps at the end of every chest day and then do a tri/bi day a few days later

tuesday back
wednesday off day / opt. leg day / or HIT core and legs
thursday shoulders
friday arms.. tris/bis
saturday legs

or
lazy week

monday chest
tues back
wed off
thurs core
fri shoulders/arms
sat legs

either 2 40 min workouts or 1 1.5hour workout per scheduled day

I need some ideas for core, don't have much right now for exercises right now outside of planks/side planks weighted situps/crunches & barbell bends.
