yeah my parents told me they had like 8 offers, they sold it to this clown cuz he chose not to inspect house and basically had minimal amount of conditions. So basically he BIN'd lol
Otherwise they would've sold it to others for higher, but then my parents would have had to fix some minor things around the house etc.
Also their contract even has no house inspection and shit like that, so i think they're good. I mean if it was such a major problem, anyone should have noticed it, not when a contractor rips off the baseboards and flooring to discover it months later
