They will lock people who take fg u/f and welch/scam it. Hence Prone being locked.

Prone also used a multi to commit his scams, which Tom is not doing.

It doesn't state no refunds though :\ If it said no refunds there wouldn't be an argument for this.

Technically he was valid when he purchased the teams

Keeping 50 fg from idiots who can't read "if a welcher sends fg it will be kept as a donation to the pot" is one thing.
That disclaimer is not present here and it's 1605 fg. I would think this is lockable.

Imo refund and rebid the teams or let jarome donate the teams. Until he's locked there isn't a good basis to keep it.

my vote is for returning FG and re-bid with people already participating.

Like I said I'm not going to argue with anyone about this.

Here are the options for Tom to be 100% safe.

1. If I get refunded the fg, I will just be using that fg to host small freerolls throughout the season, like today, My Bruins xx fg vs 0, guess the score, buy people into games, etc.
2. I get to pick the people for the teams I bought.
3. Have people bid again for the two teams and start with a minimum fg bid, probably get Predators more fg, and Capitals maybe even who knows, division is up for grabs and they're getting hot.

He wasn't welcher tagged when he entered though which is the problem. It also says nothing about no refunds or keeping welcher fg

Where does it say we'll keep your fg, no refunds?
Jsp doesn't support betting, this is a pool not a freeroll. That isn't gonna fly with the mods.
