It's weird though, I am actually going to have to start force myself to over-eat now (or maybe take some sort of gainer supplement). When I'm regularly exercising, I can't maintain a healthy weight.
Right now I'm 6'0 / 145 lbs and dropping, I've lost 5 pounds over the last month since I started working out again. I want to get to at least 170 but for the life of me I can't gain weight unless I pig out and stop exercising lol.
That's why I find it odd that I'm very skinny everywhere except my stomach lol. And I don't think it's a case of being bloated from under-eating, either. Again, it's not a nasty gut or anything but I assumed that at this low weight, it'd be closer to flat
