Not when they carry local produce that is organic. We have just as many local (or small regional chain) stores to shop from as big box grocery stores. Saying no organic is actually organic is just as bad as saying all organic is organic.

This . I'm almost 99% sure all the local organic produce we get is pesticide free . I know the conventional is not though .

I work in a produce warehouse. We ship to large grocery stores, small grocery stores, big restaurants, small restaurants. Our organics have pesticides. Including the local grown (Surrey, Abbotsford, even stuff on the island)

You work in one produce warehouse, not all of them. Nearly all locally grown organic foods never go near a warehouse.

e: and I am fully aware of the bullshit sysco tries to pass off as healthy or organic. They are one of our suppliers.

I find I'm very sensitive to the number of exclamation points in emails. If there are ever two together after a sentence, and it's not a life or program changing thing (e.g. promotion, law has passed to make everything easier), i will actually become less interested. Single mark, two per email max and that's pushing it or I imagine it's a 10 year old girl typing it.

Smiley faces I'm okay with. But that may because I've only seen them used appropriately, for jokes and personal asides.

Someone emailed me with an "lol" once and I haven't been able to look at her the same way since.

All of my cats died young, but of natural causes. And no one can prove otherwise.
