It can all be prevented.

But that's where our thoughts are different.

I think the whole "fix it with a pill" is a massive money game industry where lobbyists and lawyers will win every time.

There's tons of doctors out there that support my thought process just like yours.

I dont actually eat steak everyday, usually 2-4 times a month.

i dont think its unhealthy
im just saying my usual chicken breast is obviously more healthy
im not super strict about my diet but i know im not eating junk and im also seeing good results so no complaints :thumbsup:

All of this info you are posting is comparing a vegan diet to a "Average American Diet". Now, like I said previously - there has been very little to no research that's ever been done on active healthy omnivores. Comparing a healthy grouping of people to a "Average" diet is completely irrelevant if you ask my opinion. I'd wager that people that are Vegans or Vegetarians are also more active than the "Average" American and also less likely to smoke, drink excessively, etc. It's just something to keep in mind while you're watching/reading these clips/articles.
