fitness related im not super strict on my diet but breakfast lunch i eat healthy and dinner sometimes just chicken breast, veg, rice but i often cheat on my dinner and have a nice steak or interesting stuff like this :P
There is literally NOTHING unhealthy about that... like what the fuck. I eat steak everyday while losing bodyfat. The only time food is truly "unhealthy" is when it's loaded with trans fats and sugar.
