fitness related im not super strict on my diet but breakfast lunch i eat healthy and dinner sometimes just chicken breast, veg, rice but i often cheat on my dinner and have a nice steak or interesting stuff like this :P


There is literally NOTHING unhealthy about that... like what the fuck. I eat steak everyday while losing bodyfat. The only time food is truly "unhealthy" is when it's loaded with trans fats and sugar.

You aren't getting heart disease from eating healthy fats. Also high cholesterol is purely genetic and food doesn't really effect cholesterol levels in those who have normals levels , it's those who have genetically high cholesterol who need to watch what they eat.

I still eat steak and stuff don't get me wrong. I just wouldn't classify it as good for me per say.

Steaks good when it's bloody. Only then will it have the protein your looking at be in it.

It's just red meat sits in the gut and intestines much longer than it should. Maybe this is where he's going with it being "bad"?

Never heard of that before. All I know is the body absorbs macros in this order carbs > fats > proteins.
