Getting a $2k bonus at the end of the year. Was ez. Means I basically am a lock for my promotion in may.

We don't have bonuses. It's retarded

We can make a shit load on a claim but we get nothing. Other companies you get a percentage which makes you strive a bit more.

Can't complain though cause we have it good other than that

I get 3-3.5k$ bonus on the first pay of January every year. Honeslty that bonus is the best usually save half and spend the rest on something I usually wouldn't buy. Or really want but not worth the $ atm

I'm still part of the union because I forgot to cancel it when I got off my probationary period as a new employee :lol: Part of the bargaining agreement is mandatory bonuses if we get rated highest on the scale. It's stupid as fuck because there are three ratings that basically conform to "shitty," "He's alright I guess," and "holy shit this guy is the next messiah."

The raise is a bigger deal. This year is 13k and puts me at the top of my ladder. Next promotion is supervisory.

A bit like where I am.. IR (Improvement required) QS (Qualtiy Solid) QH (Quality High) E (Exceptional). The one you get effects your bonus/yearly raise

At least your mid range ones still imply the person is valuable haha. For us if you don't get "exceeds" you're either on the verge of being fired or a lazy shit who will never go anywhere in the agency but still gets things done for the most part.

Yeah, unless you're really bad the average worker gets QS, and "solid" doesn't sound too bad lol but that's not what I aim for. If you are IR you don't have much time left here..
