I did say that you could probably reap all the benefits simply by eating more fruits and veggies and less processed crap bc that's really the problem.
But I do think that there is strong evidence that an abundance of animal protein create inflammation in the body not to mention the crap that Tyson and those guys pump in to it. The bigger issue is that things aren't as regulated and trustworthy as the lobbyists want you to believe.
I also said that I just enjoy that food and that's primarily why I eat like this for now ;)

So I covered my bases and you're not pissing on any parade

jk im a vegetarian i eat eggs/dairy tho

i usually get my protein from tofu, chick peas, lentils, quinoa, eggs... not sure what else

any other good suggestions?

I'm on that veggie and fruit shit now. But I still eat hard boiled eggs during day.egg whites in morning. And 4 chicken breast at dinner.
And I usually will cheat and do 2 breakfast sausage in breakfast too. Need a few calaries to keep metabolism goin

I cut on intermittent fasting. SO much easier to cut when you only eat 6-8 hours of the day

Yea :p couldn't think of their name
They used to do that cram all your meals in to 6 hours thing too.
Not for me! :p I enjoy my foods too much and I'm not competing for sh*t

It's way easier to cut IMO. Easier to eat 2000 calories in 6 hours then spread through the day

but i used ground turkey instead of ground beef because a bit healthier :P


fitness related im not super strict on my diet but breakfast lunch i eat healthy and dinner sometimes just chicken breast, veg, rice but i often cheat on my dinner and have a nice steak or interesting stuff like this :P
