thats cause there is no ladder the pvm end game is removed
the game is fine they just need to release the full game

i guess i got a bit carried away saying pvm end game is removed you can still do ubers and run baals to lvl but with no ladder but it gives you way less incentive to do some of those no competition tracking of lvls ect ect
ladder resets are what always brought people back and kept them playing and kept d2 alive right now they got the nostalgia and new game hype but that will only last so long they need to fix their shit and release the ladder


i get why they didn't release it right away it makes 100% sense launch was kind of a shit show but it seems like things have stabilized to a point they could at least put out the ladder
but maybe im wrong the influx of returning players might shit on their servers again and the know that so they wont do it but if its just a timing thing delaying it so they can make the shareholders happy like SMD just give me ladder
we bought the game that should make the shareholders happy if it doesn't that's not our problem we shouldn't have to wait for parts of the game to come out because they are waiting for a dip in player activity/earnings but thats how blizzard operates
im hoping all these new people repalcying these rapists in the company are trying to change that culture but who the fuck knows until i see it they dont have my benefit of the doubt

end game for d2 for a lot of people is pvp which is currently non-existent

i love pvp
i cant afford to make anything worth while though atm

to clarify not spam bots these things are so out of hand my god
you put a cooldown on joining games how about between chat msgs these bots spamming are probably half the load on the servers
like how hard can it be to figure out a way to at least slow down the boys there spamming like 5 msgs a second and every day its like 5 new ones i gotta block

like if they type out a long ass msg give them a 10 sec CD or something so at least they cant spam as bad as they are
or just get a decent detection system like how hard can it be to detect bots spamming entire bricks of text like 5x a second? humans literally cant type that fast for that amount of text
and even if it is a human they are spamming just as bad so fuck them whip out the auto bans on brick text spammers theres going to be like 1% people in there then unban them you can probably have 5 people do that vs the 50 needed for spam bot reports

like even reporting them i have to go t othe bottom row find them do it for "offensive name" because the chats spamming so fast i cant even clock on their name cause its like 5 bots spamming at once

their solution to fix servers is to annoy enough people so that you quit, then less server load

tbh i wouldnt be surprised the average player isnt the money maker
its the spam bots getting banned buying multiple copies
