Just remember, when you clip in the CPU, you're going to hear a sickening crunch that will freak you the fuck out. Not trolling, first time I built mine I was NOT prepared.

its not that hard even my dad was able to change his video card and if he can do that ... its not that hard at all
just make sure you look over everything find all the power plugs on the parts are and dont forget to plug them in when you gottem in the board
might sound dumb but depending on how major the upgrades are there can be plugs on parts that werent there before ...also make sure your power supply can handle the upgrades

wat.

Video card is the easiest thing to put it.

Your CPU, you feel like you're going to snap it in half.

The rofl was because he knows what we're talking about when we say you fear for your money when you put the damn thing in. Although according to my buddy, once you get in the $400 range for a CPU, it doesn't make a sound..
i7 4770K... still need to upgrade my motherboard and video card to justify putting it in mine.

if your PC is using ddr2 ram still, it's time for an upgrade lol
the 750ti may bottleneck, so you won't be getting full performance from it.

you can make a decent computer for around $500-600 which will be 999999999999x99999999999 better than what you got now

yeah, make sure there tiny "arrow" on 1 corner of the CPU matches the mobo slot

Is it pretty easy to build your own computer? When I got mine built I paid ncix to put it together but with the upgrade I'm doing I want to do it myself.

yep, it's super simple. Just need patience and manage your cables because it matters
but if you really need a guide for it, here's a GG one
