Beans, nuts, grains like , veggies have proteins too albeit not colossal amounts like meat. Beans have more protein per X than most meat anyways. And I eat the odd chicken breast now and then.
And you get enough protein I promise. A lot of this "protein" thing, I feel, is big business anyways.
