Sept 26th. I don't figure il win. It's based off %of weight lost. And I suspect my general foreman, the guy who set this up. Isn't doing it legitly. Lol. No problem to me, this is what kicked me into the lifestyle change. Imo I won already
For years I've always said "ohh il eventually get into shape, next year"
Now I'm finally doing it, no stopping now.

Been eating almost entirely plant based for a few months now.
Not for animal rights or anything. Just for health reasons and the problems I believe animal proteins to bring.

Just thought this was a good place to post about that kind of thing.

I dont consider myself any type of label like "im vegan let me tell you all about it! rabble rabble!" It's just something that I am interested in is all.

Still eating meat whenever its "the event" like a grill-out or whatever. But I dont go out of my way to consume I.E. I dont voluntarily put it on sandwhiches/salads etc.

Also- back on the Insanity train. Enjoying the endurance kick

Been making some of this stuff when I feel like doing something for real

But for the most part, I've just been enjoying food as it is.
Breakfast = Oatmeal with walnuts/brazil nuts/raisins/honey/cinnamon

Snack: watermelon/orange/banana/kiwi/Jackfruit/blueberries/Dates/Figs

Lunch: Salad with fruit and veggies, avocado etc
Can make some really legit dressing with avocado and lemon squeeze but i mostly dont even bother i just dump it all in a bowl lol


Trying to use spices like Tumeric/Cinnamon really anything and everything if it's real food.

slowly trying to get back into working out again :wallbash:
i got a curling bar ive been using but man i shoulda never gave my cousin my free weight bench nothing better then having a workout bench in your room it just calls to you
i gotta go unbury my weight machine and start using that im pretty limited with just this but its better then nothing for now ><

might start running a bit for cardio too but its been so hot and humid id like die from dehydration by time i get to the end of the street :lol:
thought of trying at like 6 am but i havnt been up early enough lately >< maybe ill start doing some night time bike rides or something

actually feels pretty good though like im kinda sore already and its been 3 days but damn i miss this haha i used to work out daily and it felt great

Beans, nuts, grains like , veggies have proteins too albeit not colossal amounts like meat. Beans have more protein per X than most meat anyways. And I eat the odd chicken breast now and then.
And you get enough protein I promise. A lot of this "protein" thing, I feel, is big business anyways.
Does Jay cutler need masses of protein, sure.

If you don't know who Frank Medrano is look him up. Incredible weight movement per body weight. Doesn't eat meat.

Really the best thing to do is simplify it.
You can make an entire meal out of a watermelon. No cooking skills required.
Have five bananas or a bunch of oranges and kiwis etc.
Simple- and no cooking ;)

I follow this dude "plant based athlete" and his breakfast is usually 10 oranges or some type of citrus.
