Yeah no such thing as a vacation or time off when you're managing people. You always have to deal with people you're working over. It's either you remove the stress of the realization your job doesn't stop when you're not there or you face the stress when you return. I've come to accept the former and always have my phone ready to answer either a phone call or email. Not ideal but it's life when you manage or run something or someone. Being able to do this I believe is a trait of success.
see i still handled the customers i have every day, was actually not bad, considering the time change (2 hours ahead of ca) most of my customers are on the east coast, so i didnt have to get up as early .
that was the easy part, had my work line forwarded to my cell till truck cut off time (10:30 pacific) and just emailed the orders to the office.
its just the other stuff that no one else can pick the slack up on :-/ oh well, what ever ill just bang it out for the next 4-5 days and be good to go
