It's overpriced for pretty mediocre quality stuff. I've bought a decent bit from the stores and lots of very small stemmy buds. Very rarely do you get any bud bigger than the size of a quarter.

i havnt personally had it and i know the look isnt always a good way to judge a bud
but ive watched plenty of these youtube unbox videos from the OCS and its like smh the low grade shit looks like fucking outdoor
then the buds that do look nice are expensive as fuck unless u had a shit dealer before its overpriced shit
there is even people buying high cbd bud not knowing its for medical the site has like an education section but they need to do a better job splitting up the bud other then "sativa" and "indica"


and as for the shortage ive seen the same bud on the site since legalization they probably cant even sell out that with the prices and quality
a lot of the earlier unbox videos that weighed the bud were short .2 .3 but the 2nd wave seemed to have extra couple so at least they learned i guess

I'm hoping it improves but doubting it will. The stuff I bought last night I was actually impressed with, but it was a completely different strain and grower than what I've seen in stores before. I've tried various types and various price points (cheapest being ~$30 for a 1/8th and most expensive being ~$48 an 1/8th) overall the majority of them are clipped too early and the buds are tiny. Clearly growers werent entirely ready for legalization, I'm just hoping it improves as the demand falls.


I also agree about the CBD:THC thing, there is a lot of misinformation regarding those. The NewLeaf store I go to has a decently educational board but one of the employees told me you couldnt get bud with a higher CBD% than THC%, unless you buy medical. Clearly not true because I saw some 16% CBD/2% THC in the store last night.

yeah thats a good sign they probably waited and properly went through the cycle for chronic bud and didnt rush out like a lot of these other companies trying for the early $$
and yeah i figure around a year id like to see the shape its in after the hype has died down and people start harvesting their own plants causing the demand to drop
