Dupuis is a UFA (so you can't trade him), I doubt he walks or asks for an absurd amount. His production slowed down at the end and I think he and his agent both know he's not a top-6 forward without Crosby.

Letang on the other hand, has one year left in his deal and could easily ask for 7M or more as he is a UFA when it expires. If that's the case, I don't know if the Pens can afford paying him lol.


Can get quite a lot back if they trade him this summer.

Dupuis was probably the worst penguin in the playoffs, he did okay in regular season because nobody covered him right. his numbers will PLUNGE next season. I really don't understand what the penguins are attempting to do. They have to fill every other slot empty in the roster with 2-way players or Fringe players..
