I think the current idea should stand. Keep the fg and freeroll the other spots.

Or tom can just *give* the teams to two people since it's his game.

He won those teams under false pretenses. He was the multi of a locked user who previously fixed bets. I don't see how that doesn't call for a disqualification. It would be for anyone else.

i'm not arguing the back story, i'm trying to see it through jsp eyes, which could hurt tom if something did happen

he should definitely ask sgull or someone if he can get locked. im quite sure he can and i think its happened before

Why risk it though? It surely cannot be that big of a deal to give him his FG back. I doubt most users will even bet with him anymore regardless.

Tom should double check first for sure, but a multi of a locked/scammer participating should be against the rules in the first place. With him admitting his first account, I would think it's valid reason to disqualify without refund. Most other games around here to not provide refund for these sorts of things


Also, not sure on JSP's current stance on betting, but don't they say wager at your own risk and they are not liable? Which is why welchers are never given locked status
