Figured I'd give a quick update seeing how I've posted my pictures in this thread before. Basically I dropped from ~240 to ~170. Now I'm bulking (AKA trying to build strength/muscle) and I'm around 180. Bulking to 185 then cutting back down for summer. Currently these are the improvements to my weight lifts:
Bench: Start 95x3, Now: 170x3
Squat: Start: 155x5, Now: 225x8
OHP: Start: 50x5, Now: 100x5
Deadlift: Start: 125x5, Now: 225x5
If anyone has any questions on weight loss, healthy eating, etc. I can help you out. Been through it personally and would love to give others some basic advice to help them.
Ya pretty much the same thing
On sunday I cook up vegtables and chicken for almost the whole week. Thats lunch with a chobani
I also cook up breakfast for the week. Its usually a 12 egg ommlette with a bunch of added egg whites, cheese peppers milk etc. I bring 1 cup oats to have as well.
I bring some fruit for snacking.
Pack it all in the fridge and portion it out per day
