i played a lot of street and ball hockey growing up running was easy even for a bigger guy i was super agile and able to turn and zig zag and shit better then most
for sure not the fastest if i ran in a straight line i woulda got caught quick time but zig zagging i often made people give up :lol:

although if im pissed off i can run pretty damn fast in a straight line after somebody :rofl:

Meat tenderizer is one of the best things I've bought in years cooking-wise. Everything cooks through more quickly, and it covers a bigger surface of the plate so it feels like more food. Best of all you get to take out aggression :lol:

That + a grill press have made the best chicken I've cooked in YEARS.

Haha we've discussed this before. That stuff scares me.
On another note.
10lbs in 3 weeks I've lost since I've actually been dedicated.
And 17lbs in about 4 months or so since I started eating little healthier.

Sept 26.is last day of this challenge. I need some.massive gains here soon.

get onto meat/veggie diet and workout keep your sets 30 seconds apart and get your heart rate going while your lifting weights

hit the heavy bag

do fast pace leg workouts like using foot discs, side lunges, shuttle runs, agility ladders etc.





also Clenbutrol works nicely if you don't get ripped off
