Let me explain for you dummies.

Makar tipped the puck into zone. it was not on the blade of his stick, it was rolling freely. Nichuskin was skating out of zone, in that time it was a delayed offsides. Then Nichuskin got out and Makar touched the puck when Nuke was onsides. Thus the play was never officially offsides.
