So there's a major bug regarding attack speed - there is usually a cap that limits IAS breakpoints but it isn't working right now.

Which means that if you stack enough IAS, you can reach attack speeds that weren't possible before.

But it looks like, at least when it comes to PVM, nobody has figured out a broken build, just a few that make some melee builds stronger (not like they couldn't use a buff).
