management wanted to change the way the team was built by letting them all go, thinking the blues were a fast transitioning team built on speed.


truth is, were not fast enough to make up for our lack of size and were not big enough to make up for our lack of speed.

its a collective effort of sucking from management down. they had no backup plan this year when they let backes walk and it clearly shows.



fabbri put together a shift there where he looked like he gave a shit and wanted to put an effort out.

maybe someone else on the blues will follow suit.

im even more mad at the blues now.


all the sudden they played with some edge, started throwing their body around, knocking people down, causing turnovers, pressuring the defense.


and theyve looked legitmately good since then.


why dont they do this when they arent down by 6????? fuck

they havent earned it. plain and simple. the effort, concentration, and execution are all way behind where they need to be.

they arent a bad team, theres plenty of skill out there.

at times the blues look flat out dominant. but its surrounded by a bunch of fuckery.

What would you guys like to see?

New coach? New GM? Both?

Or maybe a complete re-tool: trade off guys like Bouwmeester, Shattenkirk, Steen and Stastny for youth assets?

definitely a new GM (sorry army, you just arent getting it done).

whether we want a new coach or not, were gonna get one. hitch is done after the year and yeo is gonna take over.

im not big about mike yeo though, so id like to see a different style coach.


were missing a top 6 center. making tarasenko deal with lehtera on a nightly basis is terrible. lehtera is so bad.

other than that, its just the blues players playing bad.

their skill level isnt this bad. so inconsistent.

glad were gonna try something different. hutton has been very hit or miss, more miss lately outside of california.

and obv allen has been brutal.
