oatmeal for breakfast sometimes mini wheats, have some tuna and veggies at lunch maybe with some crackers lol and chicken breast, rice and veg for dinner

and just healthy snacking here and there

not saying you need to track stuff , but if you wont the best progress you can get then you should be.

Alright. I feel stupid for not thinking to ask this before but I've always weighed meat before cooking. But as it cooks it loses juices and water. So when I'm portioning out 6oz of chicken, should I weigh it before cooking or after?

The googles are not giving me a consistent answer, it feels to me now that I think about it that 6oz of chicken should be weighed after, because otherwise you're weighing chicken, water, and juices. I think I've been doing it wrong for months :lol:

But at the same time if I guess wrong, then I've got chicken - possibly a TINY amount - that I'd be tossing in a baggie for later.

I eat a lot more plants and beans than I used to, but if you try and take away my white meats I'll fucking cut you. I can live without steak and burgers.
