Some of the underperformance can be put on the coach. A lot of the bad playoff performances is more on the coach than the gm imo. When the team is a top regular season team and struggles to make it out the 1st round that's coach not gm. I'd give him til the end of the next year before I'd look to get rid of him. He's built this team and they got to conference finals last year. I hope he brings in a good coach cuz I don't think yeo is any better than hitchcock. I see where you're coming from tho. Results are what's most important and it should be judged on that. People have thought hawks were dumb for the guys they've gotten rid of but the results speak for themselves so I get where you're coming from with that.

our roster doesnt have enough speed to be a small fast team and doesnt have enough size to be a big physical team. thats an issue the GM needs to fix, on top of the lack of center depth.
