yea i know. i hate that part, always too lazy to make good meals

There was a thread where people asked about this and I can't find it now :( IIRC, there was chili, smoothies, stir fry, any meat served with mixed veggies among other things.

If you have a grill press, any meat is super easy to pan fry or grill. Just put the press on top and let the weight do its work.

Sure when I'm home from walking doge

Also I have a 4 hour hike to do and I just got a cramp after waking my dog for 5 minutes
