Cheat days are a waste . Just eat to maintainence instead , no point eating way into a surplus (assuming that's what you do)
Cheat days are mental for me, having one every once in a while helps my willpower when I'm walking past McDonald's every morning on the way to work and really want a breakfast burrito.
Luckily I know how to cook, so Cajun BBQ pork and lemon chicken are great for my appetite.

Just eat a watermelon. They're delicious and guilt free (along w all fruit :). )
Ugh, not when I eat two pounds of grapes in one sitting... It's the whole "listen to your body" thing. When you've been doing that for months/years it's easy, but I'm still not used to it so I have to plan everything out. I have a 6-tab spreadsheet that, if I followed it to the T, would have me spending ~$30 a week and eating at a minor calorie deficit - with two fish meals and all my food groups. Just spent $8 and I should be covered through Friday.
From tomorrow to next tuesday, any coupon up to $2 is doubled by my local grocery store. So I'm hoping to have a fully stocked fridge for the next couple weeks at under $20

and a fully stocked pantry, since a lot of the $2 coupons are for shampoo, soap, deodorant, etc.
Couponing bros. It's pretty friggin cool. $50 a year for the washington post and I've cleared $1000 in savings on essentials.
