They should just add them permanently, IMO. Nobody plays D2 ladder for the exclusives, they play it for the race and/or freshness.

When they announce a new ladder and someone is excited to play, they're never gonna be like "well I can just make all the runewords on NL so forget it".

you have to specify its hcnl and even them people still get confused thinking its hcl cause nobody plays that shit

im wondering if maybe d2r can change that maybe with shorter season or something or just more overall players?
al li know is deleting my characters before every reset is kind of getting old i dont even mule the shit or anything i delete high end rws and stuff just cause enigmas cohs ctas ect ect cause its not worth anything and sometimes its even hard to find somebody to take it free lol
