as far as i know, only reason why odell is bl is that illegal vote someone did. but thats not reason at all, theres not such thing as vote someone for bl if he havent broke rules.
it only worked because you lick mods ass so they let that vote be on, but if i make such vote against you Pens (for example) topic get locked instantly.
theres not any rules how good success rate in such votes need, and theres not rule who are allowed to vote, and theres not rule how many votes it need.

if i ask my friends from #kx to vote pens as bl, do u think u gonna get bl for that? no. why? because im not licking mods ass.

sad but true, and your vote does matter. it makes literally no sense if someone else who dont even bet in this section can vote, and active users cannot vote.
