Just to motivate you guys.. Last summer I went down from 210 to 155 in two months .. Started training last month at 160 now I'm at 175.. Never give up guys :)

210 - 155 sounds like incredibly unhealthy weightloss considering healthy weight loss is 1 pound a week

Not really, I've lost around 5-7 pounds the first week.. But like I said, that was a huge drop... From eating McDonalds every 2 days to not eating any fat at all and lowering your portions all at once made a huge impact

No before/after? :(

Actually no :( ! It makes me kind of sad.. I was like after two weeks "ah damn forgot to do a before/after, well too late" <-- I REGRET THAT

I actually have some photos.. Of course no topless one haha :\

I was at around 200 lbs at that time: (don't mind the gay pose, me and my friend were publicly trolling)

And this picture I'm around 155:

Pretty much can't see anything but yeah lol

$90. Found a good spot for it in the corner of my living room, so everytime when I sit on my couch watching tv I see it and instead of sitting down I do a few excercises first. Works out great so far. Money well spent

Whattup gang.

Figured I'd give a quick update seeing how I've posted my pictures in this thread before. Basically I dropped from ~240 to ~170. Now I'm bulking (AKA trying to build strength/muscle) and I'm around 180. Bulking to 185 then cutting back down for summer. Currently these are the improvements to my weight lifts:

Bench: Start 95x3, Now: 170x3
Squat: Start: 155x5, Now: 225x8
OHP: Start: 50x5, Now: 100x5
Deadlift: Start: 125x5, Now: 225x5

If anyone has any questions on weight loss, healthy eating, etc. I can help you out. Been through it personally and would love to give others some basic advice to help them.

I bring my lunch.

Usually on Sunday I'll cook up about 7 Chicken breasts as well as some vegetables and potatoes all cooked in the oven. Then I bring that to work for the entire week.

If I'm not feeling that I'll make myself a huge pot of meat sauce for the week (with plenty of veggies in it) and eat it with whole wheat pasta or wild rice.

Edit: If you guys need help with specific recipes or how to make things easier let me know. I work about a 50 hour work week and most nights when I get home cooking is the last thing on my mind. Plus I'm at the gym 4-6 times a week.

Managed to go on a 1 week cruise and not gain any weight...

I consider this a massive accomplishment. Went nuts in the Gym when I was there I guess it paid off.

Going back to my regular routine now. Feel like I have much more energy overall, well worth it.
