Caedus isn't wrong though . I eat pretty much identical cutting when I do bulking I just eat less

Instead of two burgers I'll have one , instead of 4 pieces of bread I have two . Boom that's literally around 700 calories I'm not eating anymore basically putting me right in a deficit.

Thing is though, neither of us wrong. Just different opinions.
Just don't like the 0 respect aspect and already telling me in going to fail because it's not "his way" that's the shit I can't stand

Eggs are phenomenal. I watched this video, substituted milk/yogurt for butter, and never looked back. It feels so much lighter and has those nuanced flavors you don't get from just throwing butter in a pan and scrambling.

I've never put anything in with my eggs but I heard orange juice is really good in scrambled.

I'm a big fan of whipping with milk or cream. Usually I'll toss some pepper sauce in also while it's cooking. Once I actually put in strawberry yogurt and it was face meltingly delicious, haven't been able to recreate that though :(

What are your guys' feelings on smoothies? I usually make one every day.

Cup of frozen blueberries
Cup and a bit extra of a spinach kale bagged mix
Cup of milk
Cup of plain yogurt (not Greek, it's a giant 4kg tub, couldn't find a Greek one like that)
A banana
Some homey for flavour
Ice cubes

Added some chocolate protein powder to it today just to experiment with taste and how full I get for when I start hitting the gym. Anyone have any badass smoothie recipes? And to confirm, is it good to drink one of these once a day or every other day?

I eat one every day too, great way to get in massive amounts of fruits. Generally I use:

1-2 Cups of Frozen Berry Blend
1 Banana
1-2 Cups of Almond Milk
2 Scoops Vanilla Protein

Hnnnnnnnng

Fairly low cal, high protein and tastes delicious ^_^
