again caedus. you are missing the point.
this guy is seriously laughing at you irl. I eat breakfast and dinner twice with him each day. he eats pretty much what I eat.
when I get to my ideal weight obviously im going to eat a burger. or go for wings with the boys.
like ive said already, easier to workout for maintenance as opposed to working out to lose weight.
and this isn't some fucking crash diet. LOL don't know why you keep responding you have no clue what you are talking about.
il do my thing. you do yours. il post results end of September. and youll have nothing to say.

"no where near as simplistic as "eat what you want, in small portions". It's you should still eat what you want, but not as much"

I'm going to bother anymore, given you just read those words then stop and assume you know what I meant. The point is you're going to regress. I already explained why.

And there is simply no way he is eating what you do and still being 260 pounds of muscle. One of those two is wrong. He would lose his muscle mass if that's all he's eating.

Point is. No, I'm not going to. Do you really have to get the last word in? Even if your wrong? And yes, keep telling me I'm a liar when I spend plenty of time. With this guy. Sure he eats much much more protein then I do. But other than that, our dinners and breakfasts are the same. Seeing as how you just cut back on how much you ate and you somehow think your an expert on this is really just asinine. Especially when you had minimum weight loss results.

Lol you're the one being a dick about this, making them personal, not reading my posts, getting upset. You think you're an expert even though apparently you've never done that this before and you just started. Whatever, you don't want to hear any opinion or advice that doesn't tell exactly what you're doing is perfect. This isn't Timbits soccer man, I'm not going to say you're doing everything perfect if I don't agree.

Good work Subzer0, hopefully you can keep with it man. I know personally when I lost a pile of weight it changed my life. All for the better.

Like you said it's all about a lifestyle change. Yes you can go and eat a hamburger here and there but just make sure you stick to good eating habits the majority of the time.

Excuse me? You've said how many times that in going to fail? And resort to old habits? And I'm making it personal? I quoted your post at top of this page, and it's quite an amusing quote. I never did say I'm an expert. But I am getting advice from an expert aswell as looking elsewhere for advice too.
And soccer sucks.

It's amusing because you misquoted it and don't know what I mean? If you're looking for advice, don't slam everything that doesn't conform to what you want to hear.

I am so happy eggs are healthy. I eat eggs almost every single morning, even more so now that I'm trying to eat better. Bye bye cereal (except raisin bran, I love that stuff). Eggs, two pieces of toast with a low sugar jam, usually a banana or an orange as well. Bottle of water. B) feels good man

Eggs are phenomenal. I watched this video, substituted milk/yogurt for butter, and never looked back. It feels so much lighter and has those nuanced flavors you don't get from just throwing butter in a pan and scrambling.
