You are going to be surprised with Caporusso. Trust me, I can see him being a Samuelsson type forward. Good defensively and just streaky as hell.

im gonna be at the training camps again this summer, so i guess ill see caporusso again.
he didnt look that great this year but who knows

Just like everything else this season, the bouncing lottery ball did not fall the Sens way tonight as the New Jersey Devils won the Draft Lottery, dropping the Ottawa Senators in the draft order.

The Ottawa Senators will select 6th, unless they make a deal to move up.

With the Devils winning the lottery, the Oilers retain the first overall pick in the draft in June. A disappointing result for Sens fans but certainly not something to panic over. The Senators have the assets to move up should they chose to do so, and if they don't, it still looks like they will get one of the forwards we have talked about over the course of the season.

From what I hear there's really no point in moving up or down in the first round this year. There's not a lot of clear cut ringers to be picked from what I hear on the sports radio. Is this assessment accurate?

I forgot about Karlsson he's god. And Rundblad i'm excited for. Our future D for sure. But Who else have we drafted that has made a huge impact?? i like foligno but like we need 1st line impact players to play with spezza.

Yeah, but that was before Murray came in. Muckler completely fucked us. At the time Murray took Muckler job, Bass was our best prospect.

bigno Sens advance to 2nd round. Fucking right

The overtime magic continued for Binghamton tonight as Ryan Potulny capped off an incredible five point night with a game winner in the first overtime period. Bingo had a 4-1 lead that they let slip but for the fourth time in the series Bingo registered an overtime win and will move on to Round 2.

You have got to admire the fight shown by this Binghamton team. They looked like they were down and out with the series at 3-1 but with Lehner between the pipes they were able to battle all the way back.

All four of their wins in this series came in overtime.

Ryan Potulny, a slick deadline pick up by Bryan Murray, has been paying huge dividends in the AHL playoffs. Five more points tonight to give him a league leading 14 in the playoffs so far. Bingo should start to get some bodies back now in time for their next series which could include leading scorer Corey Locke.

Bingo now moves on to play the Atlantic Division's top team in the Portland Pirates in Round 2 of the Calder Cup playoffs.
