if hes not leaving when you tell him to leave i believe you can force him to leave physically hes on your private property
honestly i woulda prob scared the fuck out of the guy and made him leave because when i was younger some guy llike that wouldnt let my mom close the door put his foot in the door and forced his way into the front porch until she started yelling and he saw me
knowing people do shit like that if the guys not leaving imma make that fucker rethink shit like that again
