Wtf... Yall ever heard of a banking readjustment?

My bank just sent me letter mail with a cheque for $479.90

States the adjustment is relating to my closed visa that was attatched to my bank from 2003 to 2017 which was. Until i got the new line...

Refund is a result of overlimt fees and payment protector fees.. LoL
