That's crazy how cheap houses are.

It's just this house really.
Normally the cheapest house in my city goes for $200,000, unless it's a mobile home.
There's several under $150k, but need some work done. The $62k is only 30 years old, doesn't need much work at all, 3bedroom 2bathroom.
