If it doesn't work, you just switch over but usually the retention guys call u back after a week to try get u back and that's when you really rip em off for the inconvenience. Do the same with current company, just switch back to the previous as a new customer when the current one doesn't try to keep u. They should tho if u've been paying everything on time and shit.
