Did quite a bit of research and came up with a short-list of highly rated non-spiked proteins that are on sale right now on BodyBuilding.com... I'll make it easy for you guys:

Anyone looking to drop some weight, check out the most recent Shaun T program called Max 30. I've done insanity quite a bit in the past and started using Max 30 a couple weeks ago, its pretty good.

Mind you I dont follow the program to a tee, usually just 3-4x a week but it works, along with eating well ofc.

I seen. Ty aswell. My meal plan shoudl be done today and hitting the gym soon.
Wonder how much il lose in 2 months. Prob not much if I'm lifting too.

10-20 lbs/ also depends how much you weigh now and how much bf you have

Don't believe anyone that says they're natural lean and 260 lbs. Because they aren't natural.


Though he is probably knowledgeable regardless.
